Dear Mary, yesterday's trip to Pattaya was enjoyable. I worried because Nitty wasn't driving, mostly because she was familiar with the places I needed to visit. However Mr Thanakrit was wonderful. His driving is excellent and he had no difficulty getting me to the different places. He is a very gracious and true "gentle man".

Our departure from Pattaya was scheduled for 03:00 AM. Since everyone was expecting a curfew, there was a misunderstanding of whether we could even get to Bangkok airport. Our good friends had suggested this service, and we have made the right choice!
I filled out a booking form on the site, and in a couple of minutes later I received a confirmation. The answers to each question come almost immediately. Instead of the ordered Toyota Innova, we were provided with Hyundai H1. Transfer to airport was very comfortable and quick.
We are thrilled and will recommend the service to all of you.

If anyone is nervous about choosing a taxi before arriving in Thailand, well the price quoted was the price charged, no hidden extras, all road tolls were included and even got a reassuring message from Boris confirming flight arrival and pick up time. When booking back from Pattaya on the phone, the lady said "Yes I remember you, we will be there 9am in the morning!". And they were there !

Wanted to take this opportunity to give some positive feedback on your service.
Our driver today, Nitty was fabulous. She knew Bangkok extremely well and had us at the embassy gate at 8.25am. After we finished our work at the embassy she drove us to a number of outlets so my wife could make some purchases - the fact that she knew her way around Bangkok was really helpful.
Later in the morning we received a call from the embassy stating there was a problem with our passports and we had to return to the embassy a second time. It was no problem for Nitty and she has us back at the embassy in a few minutes. Overall a great experience - please pass on our appreciation to her.
We will be travelling again to Bangkok in August. We would like to book Nitty for the trip if that is possible.

Booked a taxi on the website for pick up from DMK airport to Pattaya (return). And the service was A+! My flight arrived to DMK airport at 3am in the morning and after passing my immigration and getting my luggage the driver was ready to greet me at the promised gate with my name on a sign. He came to pick me in a Toyota Fortuner. The vehicle was in good condition on the inside and he even offered me a bottle of water. air conditioning in the car worked perfect! we stopped for 5 minutes (washroom break) and reached pattaya comfortably. I had booked for return journey and the driver was right on time for pick up from my hotel in a Toyota Camry with a sign on my name on it. Reached the airport comfortably again and both ways the drivers were friendly, ready to answer any questions I had.
