This ultimate one-day escape will not be complete without visiting Sri Nakhon Khuean Khan Park and Botanical Garden. It opens daily from 05:00 AM to 19:00. A 7-meter bird-watching tower standing in the park is a highlight where visitors can enjoy a scenic view of a lush forest and a variety of bird species.
Another place worth visiting is the only Siamese Fighting Fish Gallery in the world which is about 700 meters from the botanical garden. The place itself is impressive with greenery. It opens only on weekends from 09:00 to 17:00 and no admission fee is required. The animal’s fighting spirit and beauty is well-known worldwide, and it is a national aquatic animal of Thailand as approved by the cabinet in February 2019.
